New Delivery Customer Signup

Please use the form below to create a new delivery account. Only one (1) account allowed per household. A valid delivery address, email address and local phone number is required.

• Your delivery address MUST be within 2km of any of our store locations.
• All new customers are on a COD (cash on delivery) basis for 60 days, at which point, you may request that your account be changed to a credit account.
• In your account, you may set whatever delivery days and quantities that you desire.
• Current delivery price for a 1 gallon/5 liter container: 30 peso
• In-store filling (bring your containers to our location(s): 25 peso
• On-Demand Delivery (call us anytime during our normal operating hours for an immediate delivery): 45 peso
• Our delivery process: You are required to submit empty containers to our driver at the time of new water delivery. Containers are re-used, sterilized and not specific to an individual customer. Only PureH2O brand tan/mocha containers are allowed, which we will provide to you free of charge when you sign up (max 3). Additional containers are available upon request.
